SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE POLICY

SHIPPING:

We offer free shipping on order value above INR 2000. We offer flat INR 150 off on all your prepaid orders. Order once placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours. Order once shipped will not be cancelled or refunded. In case of cancellation, please mail us within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period would be contingent on the status of the order.

TRACK YOUR ORDER:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with the tracking details of your order. You can track your order with provided tracking details.

DELIVERY:

Our delivery timeline is about 7-14 working days. Made to order products have different delivery timeline mentioned on the product page itself, the above timeline will not be applicable to them. Please note that any delays caused in delivery due to logistical issues are not in our control and we are not responsible for the same.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

At Shop Gulmohar, we pour our heart and soul into every stitch, ensuring each product reflects our commitment to quality and style. Our rigorous quality check and control process ensures that every piece meets our highest standards, so you receive nothing but perfection. We make sure that each piece is well made, is inspected for any defect and packaged with a love note before sending it to our customer. However sometimes things don't work out, and in such cases we are happy to help you get that perfect outfit for you.

If you'd like to exchange or return your outfit, please write to us at support@shopgulmohar.com with your order number and reason for exchange/return within 48 Hrs of receiving your order. Our team will get back to you with the exchange/return procedure. Please follow the steps and ship the product back to us within the timeline stated. 

  • Kindly ensure that the product you return is unused and unworn with the original tags intact. Once we receive the product, our Quality Check team will inspect it for any signs of wear and tear, following which we will process your exchange. Exchange pieces will be processed as per our shipping timeline.
  • Some product descriptions may contain information regarding inventory and exchange/return policy, which will be applicable for that particular product. 
  • Exchanges or returns will only be processed after discussion on email or WhatsApp.
  • Please note that products once exchanged are not eligible for a second exchange or return.
  • Products purchased on Sale will not be eligible for exchanges and are considered final sale.
  • Customized products and products purchased using credit notes will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.
  • All exchange/return requests must be communicated via email.


CREDIT NOTE:

As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds. In the event of returns, we issue a credit note equivalent to the value paid of the order. Credit notes have a validity of 6 months and are redeemable only on website purchases.

In case of cancellation, please mail us within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period would be contingent on the status of the order. A credit note of the full order value will be mailed to you, with a validity period of six months.
